COMPASSIONATE LEADERSHIP 2009 PROGRAM

Our Compassionate Leadership 2010 program is now TWO tracks and a collaboration of FIVE trainers! One track includes a program for those wanting to increase their knowledge, skill, and integration of Nonviolent Communication. Our second track is a program for those who are already facilitating the shift of NVC consciousness in the world and want to increase their skills and resources in sharing NVC.

Our trainers include Jim and Jori Manske, Rodger Sorrow, Kathi Aichner, and Faye Landey.  Together we have over 45 years of experience using and sharing NVC with thousands around the world. Through our programs we have all grown in awareness and compassion, and have developed new capabilities and continue to grow in capacities to live fulfilling lives and support others. "My cup runneth over with gratitude... My needs for learning, authenticity, and growth as well as many others have been met in abundance. If you want to explore the skills and inner work that will promote your own adventure into becoming a part of the expansion of NVC consciousness, I recommend Compassionate Leadership 2009." -Craig Sones Cornell, MSEd, JD

Our involvement as a team of trainers and with participants of
the Compassionate Leadership Training has been deeply connecting, enriching, and fun! Together we have built a community of co-leadership focused on deepening the consciousness and skills of Nonviolent Communication, supporting each other in evolving our own uniquely meaningful and dynamic leadership plan.  A participant wrote after just the first retreat:

Aaaaaaah the soul's sweetest repose in connection. Thank you everyone for sharing your precious aliveness. This group has already met more of my needs than in any other group I have been in and I am in awe as to what is possible to create.
