The Heart of Mindfulness:  NVC as a Mindfulness Toolbox

In a few weeks we, Jim and Jori, travel to the mainland and China to offer NVC in Los Angeles, Shanghai, Beijing and Yantai.  We are previewing some of the material for our friends on Maui.  Please join us to discover new tools you can use, right now.  Each week we will present new topics here on Maui.  Feel free to drop in and taste any or all sessions.
