The Vortex of Submission

The Vortex of Submission is a common habitual pattern in relationships. Whether it is romance, family, friends, associates, or any ongoing relationship, this particular pattern really sucks - sucks the life out of ourselves and relationships which is why we call it a vortex. It illustrates how we kill our relationships by giving up and giving more than we enjoy.

We have identified eight aspects of this pattern and ways to get off this ever-intensifying cycle that takes the joy out of contributing to each other and the life out of relating.

Join us for a 6-session (16-hour) course in order to:

What people have said about the Vortex:

The Vortex is one of the most meaningful explanations for becoming aware of the pitfalls and antidotes of the demand-submission dance. I was catapulted out of the Vortex simply by learning the dynamics. --Faye Landey, CNVC certified trainer, Atlanta

The Vortex is a simple tool with profound insight. Helps me to step back and observe my behavior and painful thought patterns. I enjoy the clarity it provides, relieving me of the self-blame of not feeling compassionate towards myself or others, and swiftly brings me back to my heart. While learning it, I experienced a jaw-dropping sensation of "Oh, wow! It's talking about ME!" --Michele Turdo, Oklahoma
